Peppermint Espresso Martinis
Peppermint simple syrup brings a festive punch to this holiday take on a traditional Espresso Martini. Rich coffee liqueur, vodka and espresso are the only other ingredients you need to shake up this holiday drink.

- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur such as Kahlua or Mr. Black
- 1 ounce espresso or cold brew concentrate
- ¼ ounce peppermint simple syrup
- Ice
- Crushed peppermint candies and melted chocolate for garnish optional
Optional garnish: Dip the edge of a martini glass in melted chocolate, then crushed candy canes. Chill glass in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes.
Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and peppermint simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Secure lid and shake until well chilled, about 45 seconds.
Strain into chilled martini glass and serve.
