Ingredients

  • 3 ounces prosecco
  • 2 ounces fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • Ice
  • Orange slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
  • Add fresh-squeezed orange juice over the ice. Pour in Aperol, and top with prosecco.
  • Gently stir with a spoon or cocktail straw. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

Notes

If you want to make a traditional Aperol Spritz  in the 3-2-1 ratio, use 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part soda water. This version swaps in 2 parts orange juice and cuts the Aperol measurement to 1 part for a naturally sweeter, less bitter cocktail.
