Enter my Day After Thanksgiving Breakfast Bake, which can fuel your Friday shopping or feed friends and family sticking around for the long weekend.

5-6 cups leftover stuffing
9 eggs
¾ cup half and half
½-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 9×13 pan, crumble up leftover stuffing. Break eggs into a large bowl and pour in half and half. Whisk until well combined and eggs start to get fluffy. Pour over stuffing, top with shredded cheese and bake for 40 minutes, until cooked through.
